Research Interest

Exploration of molecular mechanisms and drug discovery with Chinese medicines, natural products and aptamer-based approaches for:
  1. Musculoskeletal diseases (Muscle atrophic diseases, metabolic bone diseases) (Focused on mechanistic exploration of protein-small molecule interaction, discovery of natural product lead compounds and targeted drug delivery modification in recent 10 years.)
  2. Cardio-cerebral diseases (Atherosclerotic diseases)
  3. Pulmonary disease (Pneumoconiosis, pulmonary fibrosis)
  4. Cancer (Ovarian cancer, breast cancer and osteosarcoma)
