Master of Science in Chinese Medicines and Herbal Drugs(Part-time)

Administered by the School of Chinese Medicine, the programme is intended to provide students with knowledge of Chinese medicinal materials and herbal products.

Admission Requirements (In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School)

(i) have majored in Chinese medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent subjects, or
(ii) have completed a diploma programme in Chinese medicine and have obtained legal registration to practise Chinese medicine in Hong Kong.

To be considered for admission, applicants must also fulfill the "English Language Proficiency Requirement" as stipulated by the Graduate School.For the general entry requirements, please visit:


The programme comprises lectures, site visits and a project, to be completed in two years in part-time mode. The minimum unit requirements are:
